Rules for using Social Sales. Short, clear, and enforceable.
Effective: January 13, 2026
By accessing or using Social Sales (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sellers are responsible for the products they sell, fulfillment, customer service, and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
Buyer payments are processed by Stripe. Social Sales charges a $10 flat platform fee per successfully completed sale (configurable in the Service settings).
To reduce fraud and chargeback risk, payouts are subject to a 30-day settlement hold from the time a payment is marked paid/complete in Stripe.
If a payment is refunded or reversed, associated commissions and payouts may be reversed or withheld.
Affiliates earn commissions based on the commission rate set by the seller for the purchased product (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Cash-out is available only for amounts that are eligible (past the 30-day hold) and not in dispute. We may delay or withhold payouts to investigate suspected fraud, policy violations, or chargebacks.
Taxes and reporting obligations are your responsibility. We do not provide tax advice.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Chargebacks and disputes may result in holds, reversals, or account restrictions.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Sales disclaims warranties of any kind. Social Sales is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue arising from use of the Service.
In all cases, our total liability is limited to the platform fees paid to Social Sales for the transaction(s) giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required to protect the Service, other users, or due to violations of these Terms. Certain provisions (e.g., payment, limitation of liability) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
